When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the shipping option you selected.

Destination Shipping Options Transit Time
Within USA Standard Shipping 2 - 7 business days.
2nd Day Air 2 - 3 business days (2 business days for most cities, 3 business days for remote areas).?
Next Day Air 1 business days within continental USA. 2 - 3 business day for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska.
Outside USA UPS Express 2 - 4 business days


Please keep in mind that shipping companies (UPS, Airborne Express and FedEx etc.) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

We use Postal Priority Mail or UPS Ground for Standard Shipping.
How to track my orders?
For most orders, we will send you the tracking number and the delivery company's tracking link via email. You click the link to view shipment tracking details.

Your orders may be shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or US mail.
I don't have credit card, do you accept payment by check?
Brilliant-Batteries.com accept checks. Checks must be in US dollars and drawn from a US bank. The check will require 14 days to be cleared before we send out the products. Please write down your order and mail it with your payment to:

I am not a California residence, should I pay the sale tax?
Sale Tax
No sales tax will be collected (except for shipment to a California address). California residents living within Alameda county will be charged 8.75%. If you live outside of Alameda county but in the state of California, a 7.25% tax will be applied.

Country Custom Duty
All oversea orders including Canadian will be subject to their country custom duty.

Shipping Address
If the shipping address is different from billing address, We may ask customer's verification.
Sales tax for government institutions
We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that of your order's.
Drop your order in front of your door/porch
If you instruct our shipping carrier to drop your order in front of your door/porch without signature, it's the customer responsibility if the products is lost.
Damaged shipment
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

1) Quickly contact your local UPS, FedEx or Postal office for a Damage Inspection report.

2) Request that UPS, FedEx or Postal office return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit.

3) Please feel free to call or email us with any further questions. Please note, vendor policies for handling defective merchandise supersede our store's policy. We will not issue credit for products damaged in shipment after 24 hours of receipt.
